At Alpine Elementary School, we are proud to embrace and teach The Six Pillars of Character as part of our commitment to fostering ethical values and positive behavior in our students. Developed in 1992 by a nonpartisan group of youth development experts, these core values transcend cultural, religious, and socioeconomic differences, forming the foundation of good character.
The Six Pillars of Character are: Trustworthiness, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship.
To help remember them, CHARACTER COUNTS! uses the acronym T.R.R.F.C.C., reminding us that these values are what makes a person "terrific."
By living out these pillars, we aim to build a school culture that promotes trust, kindness, and a sense of responsibility to one another and the world around us. At Alpine Elementary School, character truly counts!
We Are;
ALPINE!!!!
